About Cafe Also
Cafe Also is now open under new management after a short
break for renovation. And there have been a number of changes.
We have rethought and extended the menu keeping a lot of the old favourites, notably our Meze specialities. We have also retained an emphasis on fish and vegetarian cuisine, and regularly introduce specials menus. The new menus are displayed on the notice board outside the café and will be featured on our website shortly.

Our events programme will continue as usual, with poetry
evenings, play readings, jazz and klezmer dinners as well as
literary debates and discussions.

The Cafe is also available for private parties, functions, book
launches and charity events.

And we are open for dinner as well as lunch. Where else can you
relax after work, and browse, buy or read a book between courses ?

Or even purchase a work of art whilst having dinner ?

Cafe Also provides the perfect combination of culture and
cuisine, offering a wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian
dishes, serving everything from coffee and cake to light lunches,
salads or full-blown feasts.
