Two members of the celebrated band SHIR, IVOR GOLDBERG on guitar and vocals, and MAURICE CHERNICK on clarinet and vocals, will play a selection of Klezmer, Yiddish, Jewish traditional and Israeli Music. Not to be missed.

Set 3 Course Menu £17-95 or Special Meze Dinner (minimum 2 persons) £13-95 per person, plus £2-50 per person cover charge to include music. (Strictly fish & vegetarian)

‘FOUR POETS AND A CAFÉ (ALSO)’
Come and enjoy a convivial and stimulating evening with four excellent local (ish) poets, plus food and wine… 
PETER PHILLIPS has written three collections of poetry, including Frayed At The Edges and Looking For You, all published by Hearing Eye. He will read his Hampstead Garden Suburb Centenary Poem, Faith in Flowers, and poems from his latest collection, Wide Skies, Salt and Best Bitter, as well as new work. 
JOHANNES KERKHOVEN, a graphic artist/photographer, was born in Holland, lived in Australia and now lives in London. He regularly performs his poetry and has published short stories. His poems have appeared in The Literary Review, Connections and in the Hearing Eye anthology In the Company of Poets and Splinters of Light. His collection Mixed Concrete - Visual Poetry was published in 2006 by Hearing Eye.
ANNE-MARIE FYFE was born in Cushendall, Co. Antrim and now lives in London where she teaches literature and creative-writing, is Chair of the UK Poetry Society and has run the Coffee-House Poetry reading series at Earls Court’s famous Troubadour for the past 10 years. Her third poetry collection is The Ghost Twin (Peterloo, 2005). 
C.L. DALLAT , writer, musician and broadcaster, won Ireland's 2006 Strokestown International Poetry Competition. His poetry collection, Morning Star (Lagan), will be followed by The Year of Not Dancing due out next year. His poems, essays & reviews have appeared regularly in magazines and journals including The Guardian & TLS and he has been a regular contributor to BBC R4's Saturday Review since its inception in 1998.
